Juventas is working in partnership with Thrive, to deliver a social value calculator which will demonstrate our social value.
The Thrive platform helps us support our goals around staff apprenticeships, creating new employment in Norfolk and Cambridgeshire and extending our provision of Mental Health First Aiders to our colleagues. Thrive’s system assigns a social value ‘cost’ (or ‘proxy’) to each of the targets we meet in our projects and helps us report and evidence the impact we are making as an organisation.
Alison Moore, our Managing Director, comments on the introduction of Thrive to Juventas ‘We are excited to be working with Thrive to evidence the outstanding work we do on a daily basis to develop and support our staff and contribute to the community we work in. Since starting our partnership with Thrive we have generated over £151,000 in social value, which is an impressive achievement. By utilising the Thrive platform we can continue to track and measure our social impact, which will not only benefit Juventas, but also contribute to our transparency and accountability in the communities we serve.’
