We have robust monitoring and governance arrangements at Juventas which focus heavily on safeguarding and the quality of care. Our policies, procedures and systems are aligned with all regulatory requirements. All our children’s homes are regularly inspected by OFSTED and throughout the year we aim to build positive working relationships with our inspectors to ensure open and transparent communication flows throughout the organisation and our multi agency partners.

Internally, home managers and Juventas senior managers complete comprehensive monthly auditing tools to ensure all requirements are being met and carried out to the highest of standards.
