For young people aged 16-18, adjusting to life in a new country with an unfamiliar language can be daunting. One way we support them is by helping build their independence and cooking skills, so they can learn to provide for themselves in the future.
These cookbooks are a wonderful addition and will be a valuable tool in helping them take steps towards independence.
