Family Reunion

A little while ago, one of the young people in our service moved on but still stayed in touch. Two weeks ago, he reached out with the emotional news that his younger brother had made it to the UK and was a few counties away.

He asked for our help to find him and bring him to Norwich. Our incredible UASC team immediately made contact with the East of England Coordinator and Norfolk County Council, and they worked to successfully locate his brother, and we were informed that they would be bringing him to Norwich, and we have accepted him here with our UASC Service.

Last week, the brothers were reunited, and the brother is now staying in the same house and room his older brother once did.

This moment was made possible through the dedication of our team, and we couldn’t be prouder to welcome him into our service and support him as he starts his new journey in the UK.
