Job Opportunities
Referrals Co-ordinator
Location: Norwich, Norfolk
Contract: Full-time
Salary: Up to £31,000
Duties:
- Lead and contribute to the organisation’s commissioning strategy.
- Achieve agreed occupancy targets across registered beds and available provision, ensuring growth is sustainable and aligned with the needs of children and young people.
- To process and track referrals within the referral database ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- Develop and maintain a targeted business development and commissioning plan, using market intelligence, referral data and performance information.
- Lead and contribute to high-quality tender and procurement processes.
- Build strong and effective relationships with Local Authorities, commissioners, social care professionals and other external stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within referral and commissioning processes.
- Work closely with operational leaders to ensure that placement and commissioning decisions are appropriate, safe and consistent with the needs of children and young people, regulatory requirements and the organisation’s capacity and risk profile.
- Ensure that financial targets are agreed and achieved through effective budgetary management, commercial awareness and appropriate consideration of financial and market pressures.
- Ensure accurate management information and statistical data is maintained, with commissioning, referral, occupancy and market trends monitored and reported to the Senior Management Team.
- Represent the organisation professionally and confidently at commissioning meetings, tender panels, provider forums and other external events.
Registered Manager
Location: Harpley, Kings Lynn
Contract: Full-time
Salary: £45,000-£50,000
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead a new 3-bed children’s home in the Kings Lynn area, supporting looked after children with emotional and behavioural needs (EBD). This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an exciting new project, working closely with the Regional Manager/RI and a dedicated team to set up, register and launch the new home. You will play a key role in building your own team and shaping a positive and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
Duties:
- Lead on the set-up and registration of a new children’s home.
- Provide strong values-driven leadership to your staff team
- Ensure that the home meets and exceeds the Children’s Home Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards
- Create a safe and caring environment where children are inspired to achieve
- Work closely with the Regional Manager/RI to continually drive quality, performance and improvement to the home
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with local authorities, professionals and other stakeholders
Intervention Support Worker -
Alternative to Education Provision
Location: Chatteris, Cambridgeshire
Contract: Full-time
Salary: £13.12 per hour
Duties:
- Provide 1:1 and 2:1 support for children and young people, helping them achieve their goals through bespoke educational and emotional programmes.
- Create a nurturing, safe, and structured environment, where every child feels seen, heard, and supported.
- Work flexibly, including times of crisis, to ensure young people receive consistent, quality care.
- Be a keyworker, leading on reviews, risk assessments, and care planning.
- Support children to build positive relationships, manage their emotions, and engage in education and meaningful activities.
- Maintain high standards of recording, communication, and safeguarding in line with the SEND Code of Practice, Alternative Provision Guidance, and Juventas policies.
- Collaborate with multi-agency professionals and contribute to effective team working.
Residental Support Worker
Location: March, Cambridgeshire
Contract: Full-time (on a rolling rota basis)
Salary: £28,111-£31,611 + £55 per sleep in shift
Duties:
- Ensuring that all children and young people have their needs met and are safeguarded from harm, neglect, abuse or exploitation
- Responding to any childcare concerns appropriately
- Ensuring that the building, equipment and furniture in the home is well maintained
- Working effectively and co-ordinating with social workers, parents/guardians and other connected professional agencies
Peripatetic Residential Support Worker
Location: Lowestoft, Suffolk – but required to support other children’s homes
Contract: Full-time (on a rolling rota basis)
Salary: £27,650 + £55 per sleep in shift
Duties:
- Ensuring that all children and young people have their needs met and are safeguarded from harm, neglect, abuse or exploitation
- Responding to any childcare concerns appropriately
- Ensuring that the building, equipment and furniture in the home is well maintained
- Working effectively and co-ordinating with social workers, parents/guardians and other connected professional agencies
